The public first release is designed to minimise personal-data collection. Reading articles, research and company profiles does not require a public account.
What the site processes
The platform processes security and operational logs needed to serve the website and protect it against misuse. Administrative authentication data is processed only for authorised editors using the protected editorial workspace. Public subscriptions and contact forms are not part of this release.
Sensitive financial, tax, account, employee and family information supplied for internal evidence review is excluded from the public database and from AI drafting prompts.
Analytics and browser storage
The site stores an essential browser preference recording whether you chose essential storage only or allowed aggregate analytics. Optional analytics does not load until you select ‘Allow aggregate analytics’. It is used to understand page activity at an aggregate level, not to create public user accounts or advertising profiles.
The Move to France Planner stores only the identifiers of checklist items you actively mark complete in this browser. It does not ask for or store names, passport details, family information, health information, immigration records, tax details, account data or budget figures. You can remove the checklist state at any time with ‘Clear this plan’. The France Transition Budget keeps entries only in current page memory and does not save or submit them.
You may withdraw analytics consent at any time by selecting ‘Cookie choices’ in the footer and choosing ‘Essential only’. The preference is then updated and the analytics script is removed from the current page.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of their personal data. Requests can be sent to info@frenchconnectionshcb.com with enough detail to identify the relevant record.
